‘Destination with a Difference’ describes the place best. Chhattisgarh is endowed with enriching heritage and eye-catching natural diversity. The state is full of ancient monuments, exquisitely carved temples, rare wildlife, Buddhist excavation sites, palaces, waterfalls, caves, rock paintings and hill plateaus. Most of these sites are unexplored and offer a unique experience to tourists compared to traditional destinations. Bastar, with its cultural and ecological identity is like a breath of fresh air.

The green state has 44% of its area under forests. With 12% share of India ’s forests, Chhattisgarh’s three National Parks and 11 Wildlife Sanctuaries are a major attraction. Several virgin attractions in protected areas such as Kanger Valley National Park, Barnawapara, Sitanadi, Udanti and Achanakmar Sanctuaries thrill the tourists. Modern adventure sports such as water sports, trekking, rock climbing, parasailing and bungee jumping give ample amount of excitement to the tourists.
